1. 1-6 passengers may ride only if all luggage
fits without overloading the vehicle.
2. You must provide your own child safety seat.
3. All passengers must be going to the same
destination at the same time to use a $ Value Card $.
4.  $ Value Cards $ MAY NOT be combined on one fare.
5. If a $ Value Card $ is used for either a Biloxi Casino fare
or a  $ Military Value $ fare the Listed Base Rate Will
Not Apply and the Actual Meter Rate Will Apply.
6. Per Gulfport City Ordinance: No Smoking in Cab.
7. You must be able to transfer yourself from Wheelchair
to cab unassisted. (No Motorized Wheelchairs in cab)
8. You must provide your own Pet Carrier. Each pet equals
one person. Pets must remain in pet carrier while in cab.
9. Any "Accidents" that soil cab (animals or otherwise)
will be subject to a $100 Cleaning fee charged plus fare.
